3. Who We Are and What We Do

Formula Auto Lease is a licensed California auto broker and concierge serving San Diego and Los Angeles. We help you source a vehicle, negotiate pricing, and arrange a lease or finance contract through third-party dealers and lenders, then coordinate door-to-door delivery.

We are not a lender, a dealer of record, an insurer, or a financial advisor. We do not guarantee credit approval, a specific price, a specific vehicle, or a delivery time. Final terms are set by the dealer and lender and are subject to their approval, your credit, and vehicle availability.

4. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or systems
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute Site content without permission
• Upload malware or interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Misuse the chat assistant, forms, or upload tools

5. Quotes, Pricing, and Availability

Any payments, prices, terms, and vehicles shown on the Site or shared by our team or chat assistant are illustrative estimates for your convenience. They are not a binding offer.

Final numbers depend on the lender program, your credit, the exact vehicle and build, taxes, government fees, incentives, and availability, and they may change. A deal is only binding once you and the dealer or lender sign a final agreement.

6. Online Application, Documents, and Electronic Signatures

When you submit an application (personal or business), you confirm that the information is true and complete and that you are authorized to submit it. You authorize us and our partners to use that information to source vehicles and to submit your application to one or more dealers and lenders, who may obtain a credit report and verify your details.

You are responsible for the documents you upload, such as your driver's license and proof of insurance, and you confirm you have the right to share them. We handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.

By signing electronically, you consent to the use of electronic records and signatures under the federal E-SIGN Act and the California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, and you agree that your electronic signature is as valid as a handwritten one. You may request a paper copy of any signed document.

7. Chat Assistant

Our Site offers an automated chat assistant to answer common questions and connect you with a concierge. Its responses are generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are provided for general information only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or credit advice.

Conversations may be stored and reviewed by our team. Do not share full payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive data in the chat.

8. SMS Messaging Terms

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Formula Auto Lease about your quote, application, and delivery. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. We do not sell SMS opt-in data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photos, video, and software, is owned by or licensed to Formula Auto Lease and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission. Vehicle names and brand logos are the property of their respective owners.
